As many of you know we do offer free worldwide ensured shipping, mainly through ePacket.

Ensured shipping means that we guarantee your products will show up at your door, and if they don't just send an email to modalstoreusa@gmail.com and we will send you a full refund or replacement product immediately.

We also track almost all orders with tracking numbers so we will have updates on your products whereabouts if needed...Offering free worldwide shipping has been a dream of ours for a long time and has finally come to reality which is exciting, but due to it being a very busy season shipping times are anywhere from 10-25 days. Remember shipping is free on all orders, except free product offers. We also cannot cancel an order once it has been fulfilled.
